  • What is the size of the room?

    The main dining and reception area: 13.6m x 9.5m = 130 sq. m

  • How big is the quay?

    The Quay is 8.6m x 10m = 86 sq. m

  • Do you have a public address system?

    This can be arranged on request.

  • Is there a wifi connection?

    This can be made available for your event.

  • Can we land by boat?

    It depends on the state of the tide and the draft of the vessel. But it is certainly possible.

  • Do you have catering facilities?

    Yes, we have three preferred caterers: Street Eats, Garden Events and The Events Co. Further details on request.

  • What are the hire times?

    The Commodores House is a private venue and is available to hire for a small number of events each year. The venue can be hired up to 23:00 or up to midnight by special request.

  • Is entertainment possible?

    If you would like to provide your own entertainment at your event, this is certainly possible. Contact us for more information

  • Is there a floor plan?

    Yes there is and we can send it to you.
